Terms & Conditions of Refund:

Terms & Conditions of placing your order with us:

• Customer is allowed to add personal notes in the “note section” when placing an order, but the shop has the full rights to either accept or reject due to manufacturing/mechanisms reasons
• Please choose your size carefully before placing an order, as this shop does not accept refunds nor exchange due to customization reasons
• Orders duration in Saudi Arabia & GCC countries take usually 7-25 business days
• International orders may take up to 9-30 business days
• Shop is not responsible for your providing of wrong/missing shipping information therefore, please make sure to provide your accurate shipping address to avoid shipping complications
• Shop will hold the customer accountable if shipment has been returned. Therefore, customer will re-pay the shop for additional shipping fees to re-ship the order that has been returned
• Shipping duration is estimated and could last up to 14 business days
• Shipment number will be sent automatically to each customer when order is shipped therefore, shop is not responsible for tracking your shipment
